2. Scope of the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You represent that You have accessed the Website and have provided Information on Your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including, but not limited to, any applicable local laws. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
